The architecture of the VistaMAX® system utilizes highly integrated single box base stations (BS) and subscriber stations (SS) as the network elements. VistaMAX® products are currently available for 1.9, 3.5, 3.65 and 5 GHz.

Key characteristics of the VistaMAX® system are as follows:

• Time division duplexing (TDD) for maximum spectral efficiency
• True non line-of-sight performance using OFDM
• Full quality-of-service (QoS) to support real-time services and guaranteed service level agreements
• LED display for signal strength/power

WiMAX / IEEE 802.16-2004 Products

The VistaMAX® network architecture is based on the IEEE 802.16-2004 standard and WiMAX Forum® system profiles. Vecima's VistaMAX® product family achieves high performance, non line-of-sight connectivity.
